Blodeuedd / Blodeuwedd - Handcast Statue
Joining the pantheon of Welsh deity statues is Blodeuwedd (pronounced 'blud-die-weth'), a beautiful maiden created from a potpourri of broom, meadowsweet, and oak flowers to be the wife of Lleu Llaw Gyffes . Notorious as Celt mythology's unfaithful 'bad girl', she rebelled against her creators, tried to murder her spouse, and was later turned into an owl for punishment.
This stunning two-sided statue, sculpted by the insanely talented Joe Laudati, depicts ravishing maiden Blodeuedd on one side and owl, Blodeuwedd, on the other.
Incredibly detailed, each piece is hand-cast, painted, finished, numbered and signed by the artist himself.
Optional Full Color Painting
For truly stunning realism, this statue is optionally available hand painted in full color by the artist, Joe Laudati. Please note, full color statues are made to order. Because of the large amount of intricate work required, you order will ship in 8 to 10 business days.

Stunning
She arrived quickly, carefully packed, and did not disappoint. A true work of art, and I look forward to building Her a shrine. My only critical feedback is to recommend your keep looking for more Earth friendly packing options.
